  • Household Staff in the Westchester, NYC, and surrounding areas make around $25+ an hour. Competitive packages start at $30- $35. Offering your candidate a fair market rate will aid in their commitment long term. Rather than offering a lower rate and having them look for other positions elsewhere. Typical benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a Metrocard/mileage. Some families offer health/dental insurance or a stipend, 401k & performance bonuses

  • Household employees must be provided a W-2.We have partnered with HOMEPAY to assist with all of your tax questions and payroll needs. Our clients have access to a free consultation and a complimentary month of payroll services.

  • Depending on your specific needs it can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to find a great fit, depending on the market & family response time. There are many cases where we have found perfect matches in less time. As a boutique agency we work with a select number of families at a time to ensure your are receiving the best service in a shorter period of time.

  • Having been in the industry for over a decade, our experiences as both household employees and recruiters allow us to better serve our clients. In addition to having personal experience in the roles we fill, our agency has the best guarantee! Most agencies offer a 90 guarantee but we offer a 250 day guarantee on all long term placements
